Summerpalooza Fact Sheet
Registration is Closed
Summerpalooza day camp will occur from Monday, June 26 to Friday, June 30, from 9 am to 4 pm. On Sunday July 2, there will be a Family Day from 10:30 am to 2 pm for the students to demonstrate their culminating projects from camp.
All school-aged students (4-18 years old) are invited to join Monday-Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. All children 3 & under are invited to attend Summerpalooza on Tuesday, June 27, and Thursday, June 29 for an abbreviated day from 9 am to 12 pm. All students are invited to participate in Family Day on Sunday, July 2 from 10:30 am-2 pm with their parents!
Every day students will participate in a variety of activities including basketball, floor hockey, music, dance, games, and much more. There will be other surprise electives offered daily. Please indicate in the notes on the consent form if your child will be absent any day of camp. Students who are absent during camp will be unable to have a solo in the music portion of our program.
Each student should bring their own lunch. We will provide each student with a snack daily. Please indicate any food allergies in the consent form.
Please follow the Enter & Exit signs at the two entrances at 4316 Central Pike. Arrival will be from 8:45 am- 9:00 am, and dismissal from 4:00-4:15 pm. Parents should remain in their cars during arrival and dismissal as they drop off/ pick up their students at the church’s front entrance. Each family will receive a car tag to make arrival and dismissal smooth.
Students should wear comfortable attire including tennis shoes and appropriate clothes for athletic activities. Please send an extra set of clothes with your child for water activities/messy games daily.
