What is Body Stewardship?
Body stewardship is the practice of caring for our bodies as a gift from God. Scripture reminds us that our bodies belong to the Lord, and how we care for them can be an act of worship, gratitude, and trust—not pressure or perfection.
At its core, body stewardship is about faithfulness, not control—walking in grace, listening to God’s wisdom, and stewarding what He has entrusted to us so we can love Him and serve others well.
Romans 12:1 – “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice – the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him."
